Endometrial cancer is the most common gynecologic malignancy in the United States. Premenopausal women are at increased risk because of excessive levels of estrogen, which can result in chronic anovulation or obesity. This article reviews the current data on fertility-sparing management in select premenopausal patients who may be candidates for ovarian preservation or medical treatment and discusses pregnancy outcomes after complete disease remission.
